  I can't believe it's going on 10 years since you were taken from your loved ones. Even though it's been a decade, you have not been forgotten. Since then, my daughter Jessica and I have been deployed overseas during O.I.F and on September 11, 2010 while were stationed in Kuwait, we were allowed to fly an American flag in your memory and those killed on this dreadful day. I hope I will get the chance to place this flag on your grave. Your memory lives on.

You were a gentleman and a gentle man. My angel, my hero, my dear, dear friend. I was always honored by your loyalty and humbled by your devotion to me. You were always honest with me. I respected you greatly and adored you completely. It doesn't seem possible that you are no longer in my life no matter what truth is foisted upon me. We had plans for this coming summer. How can they be gone? How can you be gone? We beat all of the odds in becoming friends. Why couldn't we beat them one more time? I will always remember your smile, your laugh. I will always hold the memory of my time with you in New York city tightly in my heart. You made the city shine for me, and I'll never forget your excitement in being my tour guide. I loved you like a brother, only more, because you don't get to choose relatives, and we chose each other as friends. No one will ever be able to take your place. Mere words cannot express all I feel, not about you, not about losing you. It's something that can only be felt. I miss you more than you could have ever imagined. And I love you more than either of us ever suspected. If I could paint the picture of the word "friend," you are what would I'd create. Thank you for being who you were, which in my book, was close to perfection. My love for you is eternal.

She was my 3rd and 5th grade teacher. Today I'm 32 and still think about her. She was the best teacher ever. From her hair children stories to her bubbly happiness and kindness she spread. I'll never forget her. She was the teacher who had lunch with the kids in her classroom so everyone had someone to be with. She made my school experience amazing. I will never forget her.. hello my name is Jesus Vega I would like to give my condolences to Christopher's family and friends, I served with him in Iraq and slept in the same quarters. I have many fond memories of him. I have never forgotten his sacrifice. I would like to share that the greatest memory I had of Chris is that he would speak highly of his mom and how much she meant to him. James David Parker

I knew James David Parker as "Dave" when he lived in Solon Ohio. We met when I moved into town from out of state. He and his group of friends were a year or two older than me. Dave was a bright beacon of hope and joy to me. I was an unsure young man in a strange place. Dave introduced me to many people and ensured his friends always saved me a seat in the lunchroom. I have fond memories of him and his friends during that time. I doubt so many people would have been as wonderful toward me without Dave's incredible kindness. I've never forgotten his kindness. I hope to be able to pay it forward someday.
