Mark Bingham was a loyal and loving friend and son, a successful business person and a leader in every aspect of his life. His friends and family have set up a Web site in his honor and a scholarship fund to keep his name and spirit alive. The Mark Bingham Leadership Fund will award tuition, room and board to financially-challenged college students who show leadership, teamwork, sociability and tolerance.

To Mark's parents: The rest of your life will be filled with the knowlege that your son helped save the lives of so many and calmed the lives of so many he was with. I have only one child, a 14-year-old son. I hope somehow he grows up to have the same qualities as Mark. God Bless. Mary Mullins

Mark, you have shown what it means to be a true hero. Your courage on September 11 shows me that there are people who are not afraid to stand up in the face of death. I will never forget what you have done, and I will always remember you. God bless you, and God bless America. Jimmy Fulton, admirer
