Condolence By: annyami - My thoughts and prayers go out to John and his family. I was not fortunate enough to have known John however my cousin Frankie Straub served with him and died with him. I believe they were called to war for a reason that is they were then called to Heaven. Together they faught, together they die, together they will look down on us, together they will rest in peace, together they will wait for our arivle to the Heavens above. Remember they died doing what they loved and they died for their country and family as well. They fought along side one another and they were called to the Heavens together aswell. They will always be missed and NEVER forgotten. They are both in my heart and forever they will stay.
love you guys always

Condolence By: devildog272001 - John, you are the true definition of an American hero! You dedicated your life to helping others. To know you was one of the greatest gifts. You brought smiles to faces everywhere you went. You will never be forgotten. All we need to do is close our eyes, look in our hearts and see that smile wherever we go! We love you Johnny K!

Condolence By: Anonymous - 08-20-2005

I am the uncle of John Kulick, the National Guardsman, firefighter, paramedic, and most importantly father, who was killed in Iraq recently and I just wanted to take a moment to thank EVERYONE who was involved in the ceremonies last Thursday honoring him. I have never witnessed a more perfectly planned and executed event. Perhaps if we sent those same people over to Iraq we could quickly finish what we started and bring our boys home (topic for another day)!

Utmost of all I would like to thank the many everyday people who lined the eight mile funeral procession route, both civilian and police & fire, young and old, short and tall, waving their flags, holding their hearts, standing at attention saluting the entire procession, and holding signs saying "God Bless America and Johnny"!

Also, thanks to the many towns and businesses along the route; Hatboro, Willow Grove, Crestmont, Abington, Roslyn, and Glenside for their fabulous efforts in saying farewell to John.

Perhaps these people are also the "REAL" heroes and perhaps there is some "GOOD" news in this world left to report .

Sincerely,

Joe Kulick

Condolence By: grimebuster2 - Johnny K. was and always will be my best friend. He is a true american hero. His tribute was nothing less than what he deserved. The service just goes to show you how many lives Johnny touched.
Johnny Kulick was an incredible firefighter, an amazing national guardsman but most of all Johnny was a dedicated father who loved his little girl more than life itself. Everything that Johnny did was for his little girl, his peanut.
Johnny Kulick will never be forgotten he is the definition of a true american. He always put others before himself and he could brighten up even your darkest hour. I remember him saying to me once how he was the worst best friend ever because he missed almost my whole pregnancy but I told him that it was cool because he was trying to make the world a safer place for me to bring my daughter into. My thoughts are with his family and especially his daughter(anything you need let me know). I love you Johnny Kulick...save us a spot:)
