I went to Hudde Junior High School with her. She was a bright light to all who knew her; to know her was to love her. She had an uncanny sense of humor and was always headstrong. I just can't believe it. I used to see her on Flatbush junction weeks before the tragedy. (She was a) happy woman, always laughing. My condolences go out to her mom Geneva, her brother Thomas and her husband as well as her precious children. I made it safely that day -- I worked on the 12th floor. I didn't cry until I found out about Lorisa. She is in a better place. May God comfort her entire family. Peace and love.
